Privacy policy

What we collect
CarWhisper stores the account details supplied by Apple or Google, including your stable provider identifier, name, email address, and optional profile image. We also store the vehicle details, sound-problem notes, scan results, credit activity, and feedback you choose to submit.
Audio recordings
Recordings are used to provide the requested sound analysis. Uploaded audio is scheduled for deletion after 24 hours unless you explicitly consent to retain a recording for training and evaluation. You can also delete a recording from its result screen.
How we use data
We use account data to synchronize your CarWhisper history across devices, secure access to your data, operate credits, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use vehicle recordings for advertising.
Service providers
Apple and Google process sign-in. Hosting, storage, and configured AI model providers process the minimum data needed to operate CarWhisper. Their handling is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Your choices
You may use the app as a guest, sign out at any time, delete individual recordings, and request deletion of your account data by emailing [email protected].
